2. The Competition
These terms apply to all competitions on www.cloverraffles.co.uk. Entry fees apply unless stated otherwise. Entrants must answer a question to qualify. If the question is easy, multiple choice, or omitted, a free entry option is available.

3. How to Enter
Each competition’s opening and closing dates are on the website and may change if necessary (but not to increase sales). Late entries are void with no refunds. Entry limits are listed on the site. Multiple entries are allowed. Free entries must be posted separately—bulk entries count as one.

(b) Complete the entry form
(c) Purchase entries
(d) Submit your answer if required

Entries must be in English. Entry confirmation is sent (excluding free entries). We’re not responsible for delayed/failed entries. By entering, you agree to these terms.

Postal Entries/ Free Entries:
When playing a Competition via a postal entry, the Entry is free. All Entrants must specify which Competition they wish to enter, confirm they have read and understood the Competition Terms and Conditions and provide their Contact Details to the Promoter by post to the following address: Clover Raffles, Unit 6, 7 & 8 Turing Court, Hawking Place, Bispham, Blackpool, FY2 0QW. First or second-class postage must be paid for each such Entry (‘Postal Entry’). Bulk entries (within the same envelope) will not be accepted. Postal entries will not be accepted directly through the letterbox. The same number of Postal Entries are allowed as paid Online Entries for each Competition for each registered account. Each Postal Entry has the same chance per Entry of winning a Prize or an Instant Win Prize as an Online Entry. If an Entrant wishes to be entered for a Bonus Ball prize (see Clause 5.4), they must state this on their Postal Entry.

4. Choosing a Winner
Correct entries go into a random draw within 7 days of closing. Names and entry numbers may appear on a public spreadsheet and during a live draw. To opt out, email customerservice@cloverraffles.co at least 48 hours before the draw. Questions? Reach us on whatsapp on +447534810749 or email us.

5. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18+. Excludes:
(a) Employees of Clover Raffles
(b) Related suppliers/staff
(c) Their families

You must be eligible to win—proof may be required. Automated or incomplete entries are not accepted. We may disqualify rude or abusive participants. No refunds if you’re ineligible, removed for misconduct, or disqualified due to rule changes. Fraud/tampering voids entries.

6. The Prize
Each prize is described on the site. Prizes may change; substitutes of equal or greater value may be offered. We don’t guarantee full accuracy of prize details. Prizes may come from third parties. A cash alternative may be offered if a prize is unavailable or unsuitable. Prizes are not transferable or negotiable.

7. Winners
Our decision is final. Winners are contacted using provided details. If unreachable within 14 days, the prize may be reassigned. We publish surnames and counties of winners. To request this info, send a stamped envelope to our address within 1 month. Info is also posted on the site and social media. To opt out of name publication, email customerservice@cloverraffles.co before the closing date. We must still provide winner info to regulators if required.

8. Claiming the Prize
Only the winner can claim the prize. Full delivery/collection details are on the site. Notify us of any contact detail changes. Cash prizes are transferred to your bank—proof of account ownership is required. If not provided within 14 days, the prize is forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability
Clover Raffles is not liable for:

  • Entries lost, delayed, or not received

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Loss, damage, or disappointment from entering or receiving a prize
    We do not exclude liability for death or injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

10. Data Protection
We use your data to run the competition and contact winners. We may publish your name and county unless you opt out. For more details, see our Privacy Policy at www.cloverraffles.uk. By entering, you agree to our use of your data.

11. General

  • We may cancel or change a competition if necessary

  • We may change these terms if needed, but not to your disadvantage

  • If a term is found illegal or unenforceable, the rest remain valid

  • UK law applies, and disputes will be handled in UK courts

13. Website Terms
Using our website means you accept our terms of use. Don’t misuse or damage the site. All content belongs to Clover Raffles or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.

14. Payment & Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds will be given unless the competition is cancelled. Entry fees are considered payment for services provided (e.g., the chance to win and website access).

15. Competition Suspension or Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a competition for any reason, including technical problems or fraud. In such cases, refunds or alternatives may be offered.

16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
