Holiday Voucher Terms & Conditions – Scots Travel (12-Month Validity)

1. Voucher Validity:

   • The winner will receive a holiday voucher redeemable through Scots Travel.

   • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

   • All travel must be booked within the 12-month period. Bookings made after the expiry date will not be accepted.

2. Booking Requirements:

   • All bookings must be made directly with Scots Travel following their standard booking process.

   • Availability is subject to Scots Travel’s terms, seasonal restrictions, and any blackout dates they may apply.

   • Early booking is strongly recommended to secure preferred dates.

3. Covered Costs:

   • The voucher will cover travel and accommodation up to the value stated in the competition prize.

   • Any upgrades, additional services, insurance, food, spending money, or extras must be paid for by the winner.

4. Non-Transferable:

   • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or given to another person.

   • The voucher has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Cancellations & Changes:

   • Any cancellations or changes after booking are governed by Scots Travel’s terms and conditions.

   • Fees or charges applied due to changes or cancellations are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Identification & Travel Documents:

   • The winner is responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas (if required), and travel insurance.

7. Age Requirement:

   • The winner must be 18 years or older to redeem the voucher or travel alone.

   • Under-18s must travel with a responsible adult.
