Where are we based?

London our location doesn't limit any entries, we can deliver prizes to winners across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland. Or if you're local, you can always pop by and collect your prize in person from our offices.

Is there a refund policy after entry?

There are no refunds after entry.

What happens if the draw doesn't sell out?

The draw will always go ahead regardless of the ticket sales. We never extend draw dates and can guarantee they will happen live on the advertised date.

How can I view my numbers?

You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and ticket numbers. You can also log into your account and check your active and past tickets numbers

How will I be notified?

You will be contacted by telephone within 24 hours of winning and if you win one of our Jackpot End Prizes you will be contacted immediately after the live draw. If there is no answer or an incorrect number on your account we will contact you by email.
